Juggernaut Omnislash

Today i got asked about omnislash mechanics!
Omilash does a fixed amount of dmg 150-250 x 3-5-8 attacks (lvl 6 11 16) but you can do more attacks with arghanim.
You can do extra attacks if you have enough attack speed because you are not channeling!
This means you can orb effect too (desolator!)
this means you CAN USE ITEMS during omislash!
